I wish that the company would have given us a bit more since the data lock PR announcement. However, they are quite obviously in the middle of assembling the trial data for presentation (in a journal) and I realize that they have likely been legally advised to follow a certain and very specific protocol to prevent any potential leaks. I fully get that, and I know there are others here who do as well. There are many of us (who've been here a long time) who aren't sweating it, fretting it, and panicking about it. Of course, there are still some who have also been here quite some time who perhaps are a bit more worried by the delay. Sometimes, though, these ones are almost always worried.

I understand that there are many who have a lot riding of money on this... more than many of them usually do. But those people have to make their own choices as to how they want to approach this investment. Do they want to take their original investment out and let the rest ride... now, or soon after top line? Or do they just want to take their gains, as well as their initial investment and put it elsewhere, where they think they can earn more with the same money? Or do they want to wait, and see what top line brings and decide from that vantage? Whatever their decision, it's in their own hands, and IMO, they should let the company handle what's in their hands as well, and without complaint.

For my part, I've seen a lot happen with this stock and this company over the past seven or so years. I've come to trust the management's intent and do not see a crooked set of people who are intent on collecting a paycheck, but instead, see some very intelligent people who are intent in keeping this company afloat to get this treatment to market, both to help patients (most importantly) and to make us all very wealthy, themselves included. I think they've learned a lot about the biotech business, as well as financings, and about how shorting works, and are favorably adapting as smart people are prone to do. IMO, our goals are ultimately the same. There are many things management keeps quiet about as their plans are subject to change, or not happen, or get delayed, and so they prefer to release information publicly when it's finalized.
