[Two Cents Worth]

BTW, just a quick story, probably those of you who live in heavily regulated states, like me, will appreciate it, nothing to do with Lightwave. My land surveyor, Paul, is retiring and moving to Ohio (friends, family, etc.) he bought a house with 50 acres and it has a stream running through it. I was talking to him the other day about my subdivision and I asked him about his house and property in Ohio.

He said he wants to damn the stream and put in a 1 acre pond on his property, and he went to talk to the township building inspector about it. Now, if I wanted to do this on my property in New York State, I would have to go through the town, county, state, several agencies, environmental studies, etc., etc. and would probably be a 1 to 2 year process and a great deal of costs.

I said to Paul what did the building inspector say about your pond. Paul said the township building inspector said, " that's fine with me, go dig a hole"

I laughed, and said Paul you have to be shtty me, He said that's exactly what he said to me.

Meaningless in regards to Lightwave, but how different things are in this country depending on where you live. BTW, NY state is killing me in state income tax, not staying here forever.
