I might be misunderstanding what Preliminary offering means or and how to read a Date.
Even if it was written months ago, It still has not started and the Price will be sold @ .0015

I just stated what I seen on the SEC Filing of a 253G2 below.

I was going to put the whole part, but decide to just put the important stuff and anyone can go check it out themselves.

There is no escrow established for this Offering.

I don't bash any stock or have any negativity towards any company.
I don't Pump and Dump, Just buy low Sell high.

Doing really well, Guess I'm not a negative person.
