Jimmy can buyout budcars .

This is called the smart money . They don't give money unless they see the operation
And future game plans .the Angel investors here gave money last year
And lost all their money they invested . You would think they sell shares and walk away but
Instead they re-issued the debt and bought more . Why would they ? Number one they know
Cannabis is a hot sector And they know and seen Sgmd operations and want in .

You know you can call budcars . When you do they are very excited to open LA new location .

Why no mention of budcars in this acquistion . Well this is Sgmd 's deal not budcars .
Example IBM buys red hat . Then ibm buys another company . Rhat is never mention

For me I will follow the money . Convertibles investors are the smart money .
