Yes weasel,

ZIVO is pretty much a waste of time for me at this point.

Virtually unlimited opportunities buying other companies and cryptos.

But as I recall I thought one of ZIVOs missing elements for Nasdaq listing might have been one of the required BOD committees.... might have been audit or something closely related. New BoD member might have been needed to satisfy Nasdaq. New member certainly has the financial oversite credentials for public companies. So why add another BOD member when ya aren't doing anything besides perpetuating more excuses for not getting chit done ?

In the past I would know this cold but too busy cashing in everywhere else to waste time on ZIVO. ZIVO surely hasn't offered anything to support the stock price moving or capture some market attention leading into a potential listing. Wonder if will PR new BOD member and explain ?
