- I like HUMBL's innovative efforts to create a synchronized customer experience across their three divisions by connecting consumers and merchants:

1. Pay - Via the digital economy

2. Marketplace - Through online global listings

3. Financial - To financial services

Notice how at 6:24 Brian mentions that 60 to 90 apps are on the average American consumer's smart phone and HUMBL's objective is to reduce those down to a couple. Then Brian indicates that HUMBL is working on:

i) Customer Access.

ii) Improved Prices.

iii) Faster Processing Speeds.

iv) A simple brand where you can get what you need quickly in the touch of a phone.

- Now connect the extracts/thoughts above from the January 21, 2021 HUMBL investor call with Cathie Woods, Ark Invest CEO's presentation below which aligns with the Netflix-type of approach that the HUMBL CEO indicated they are taking in the December 9, 2020 HUMBL investor call and specifically her thought below to understand how it aligns with HUMBL's approach to synchronized customer experience and how valuable/important this approach is:

"As an investor, we are looking for the companies that are going to win in this space, those are going to be huge investment opportunities because it is going to be 'winner take most'" (YT timestamp: 13:50)
