Reverse Split @ BIEL

There will be conversation down the road for a reverse split given the the fact management issued billions of shares beyond belief the past ten years but the fact of the matter is it will have to happen for positive reasons. One a reverse split will lift the company listing onto what I hope would be NASD that will attract investors and institutional holders that requires the PPS to be above $5. The new in trading platform and price takes out the penny flippers as well as opportunity to raise new partners and perhaps a buyer! This RS will not happen until this company has established itself as a profitable company so my timeframe for a RS would be when KN has a year or so profits! Until that time I will add to my long term position as I have been here since 2008 , know what management goal is and have used the product for over ten years. Today’s activity sale gave me the chance to add seven figure shares.

No luck just some patience!
