Worst idea ever. People have been holding for like 6 months at this point. You can't tell them it could possibly take another 4.5 months. Unacceptable. This shit needs to be done by end of this month. Cerebain knows they will lose all their share value if they don't get this done. And if this drops back down to $.05 or whatever, then that sets them back a long time in getting to a Nasdaq uplist. Nothing good would come from announcing something like that.
