the meeting will explain all ---my take is a DONE DEAL at 4 mill euros cash and 21 mill euro stock which will be closer to 25 mill euro as they take 30 day avg----stock today 122 euro !!-but traded at 70 euro mid period---all in all i see a 50% plus premium to the pps today---mkt value at close-21.5 mill$---my guess at deal is 35 mill $ i have been adding all week and will continue to add tuesday in the hours before meeting!! i have also written my ideas to the co . on how to use the procceds and if they even mention they will begin on this track an easy double-if im dead wrong ill find out after meeting and sellers today must not agree with my math!!!--ill be in the mkt on tuesday again--hope some people are still looking in here - -tmonkey
