You will have to make your own call as to when to get in. Over the last 3 years I dollar cost averaged down to 5.1 cents so its nice to see this on the plus side in my account. With that said you can do same as buy 1/4 of your total soon, and watch how it trades maybe over the next couple weeks you can buy another 1/4 at lower prices until you get what you intend to buy. If it goes south quick you dont lose it all. GL
