PYCT has absolutely nothing. It's gone up because every penny stock woke up and have gone up. It will go down if the pennies turn cold. Today is an excellent example as 90% of pennies are red and down. PYCT is slightly up because of the hype. Someone not taking profits has no one to blame but themselves.
