There is a difference between on whose behalf Anavex applied for SAS and who became eligible for its benefits. SAS is not a private club. You and especially frrol were wrong to argue that only the original 21 have eligibility. You are still wrong on that -- Anavex is now, it is clear, willing to deny 2-73 to other Australians made eligible by their government.
