Pretty sure the SEC was speaking of this PR:

And the accompanying pump. If you search that board for "COVID," you'll see the inference that the scanner could detect symptoms of COVID all over the place, and I expect the volume was dialed up even higher on Twitter.

Yeah, the company didn't say directly "we can do that," they just said "we've added the capability to do thermal scan" and then followed up with "other companies are doing this with it."

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
