A brilliant, albeit totally outdated observation by Gorgal about VP's capabilities and limitations. To paraphrase an old cigarette commercial, "VP's come a long way, Baby."
And regarding Blockchain currencies like Bitcoin, they have already been hacked numerous times. Like most other systems, it is not necessary to hack into the Blockchain portion of the currencies with brute force. All they have to do is hack the user's NON-blockchain system that accesses their blockchain account. And once they do that, they can steal the victim blind, move the money to their own SECURED accounts, and the blockchain then makes it nearly impossible for the victim to recover the funds.
BTW, if you sent the same email to Gorgal today and actually got an honest answer, you would find that in the past three years VP has been TOTALLY transformed, so much so that almost nothing Gorgal said about it in 2017 still applies. Therefore, your statement that "in 3 years nothing new has come out of VLDI," is true ONLY BECAUSE Bruce Benn has kept their advancements under wrap. I suspect that is all about to change.
As I said, the myriad negative things that have been said about VLDI and VP will continue to 100% true until they are shown to be 100% false.
