30 days from their filing. I agree that they furnished absolutely no new proof (i.e. contrary testing results) and tried to state that the Judge's decisions were inaccurate. That is a hard hill for the FTC to win. Just another short stop until IVDN can move forward unabated. Then the 2 National accounts may come back onboard.

Imagine the additional impact that winning this case will have in our advertising; They challenged that the Insultex-house-wrap had a documented R-Value of 3 (now it's R-6) so all of their competitors would not have to go against a product x(?) times more energy efficient than theirs, and the little company that could in Pittsburgh, won. Now why would anyone building a House, Hotel, Hospital, University Building, Govt. Building, or any other construction use a house-wrap without any insulation protection? Why if they did, it would be construction malpractice!
