For a triple zero stock, there needs to be billions of shares in the float in order to provide liquidity.

If the float was only 100 million shares, then that would mean that the entire market cap would be $10,000. If that was the case, then one person could buy up the entire float rather easily in a matter of minutes.

People should also compare EEGI with HCMC. HCMC has an O/S of 195 BILLION shares. Yet, the share price has gone from .0001 (a few weeks ago) to .0054 (today).

They could also compare EEGI to SAFS which has a TRILLION (yes, TRILLION) share O/S. And yes, that has also gone up (from .0001 to .0013) over the past few weeks.
