AS I stated before - HDG is a persona - to write in depth responses to unknown posters and to have the breath of knowledge reveals either :

someone deeply invested in the process - someone who is spending all their time on the issue - unless you are retired and have nothing else in your life this is unlikely so

- either a key player who is in some manner directly involved with Vascepa on a daily basis

- or a group of people interested in the process for their own reasons
