COUV, CE stock got halted midday, in the middle of a run, because of "misleading financials". It's an outside chance but the authorities have been cracking down on delinquent stocks.

On the other end of the spectrum, it seems to be a Reddit thing to hit low floaters like $NDTP and spike their prices. $OBMP went from $0.35 up to $10 in a hot second. $NTWN went from $0.50 up to $14.

It's insanity out there.
