I guess understanding the difference between an assumption and a guarantee isn't as straight forward for some folks.

The 8K, the emails, etc have never used the word promise nor guarantee because SOLI/CareClix is not in charge of when their financials are completed, audited and signed off on.

There could be a million different reasons why things weren't completed in a timely manner but to me that's doesn't cast doubt on my personal findings as well as everything the board has provided.
