The note holders get their full amt back. The total is 1.75B for Biogen. They made the offer to clean up their long term debt position in case they need financing (like for more big trials and to grow their pipeline, which is rusty).


They are strapped!


The folks are redeeming now to avoid risk (I am not talking bankruptcy! But could be some lean times with revenues dipping and that presents some risk)


Just an FYI because it affects our potential if you draw that line.
