PM ya at happy hour if that's ok. Spent most of yesterday afternoon and an hour this morning talking with brokers and the like about this scenario. One thing that was not brought up was the possibility that a short MM might like to get HVLN up and trading B4 the aquisition. Might be cheaper for a short. TY for your thoughts!
