Jasbg, Not really! AMRN must proceed in a GIA fashion even if a BO were
in active discussions because AMRN must demonstrate that they are capable
of GIA even if the company were not sold. Besides, those positions could
simply be terminated or simply not filled if a BO is agreed to and closes.
Simple logic is that Vascepa's approval in Europe is worth much more in
the hands of an established BP there that has a massive sales force than
it ever would be in the "capable" hands of John Thero! (LOL!)

BP should understand exactly what Vascepa would be worth in their own hands. They know exactly what Thero is doing and why he is doing it.
China is being set up for potentially making some BP a great deal of
money if they can provide enough product for Eddingpharm. However, Europe
is still the "Big Kahuna" money maker...in the right hands!
