Did Tim Sykes create the dip today? Isn’t that manipulation and if he did is that legal? I found the following message on facebook.

he has a cult like following. He doesn’t short, he has them buy in and then create a panic selloff by coordinating a dump all at the same time. We saw it twice today. That huge .20 dip was his sheep all coordinating a selloff. He literally posted over the weekend bashing enzc calling it a pump and dump and said he was going to create a panic dip.
