It's kinds sad, and kinda funny, both at the same time. I was screaming my head off about shareholders getting together and having a meeting of their own, proxying shares via an attorney and using dials own 39 MM share figure (no doubt someone or multiple someone's have his voice on tape either on the phone or in person saying that figure) to take control of the board and oust him. I even suggested BBB, and would have voted him myelf. But eh funny thing is (and sad) is that I'm almost certain that dialer read my posts about it and decided I was right,,,,,,voila! two weeks later there was a "super voting shares" PR.

Imagine the differences today if they would have taken my advice....BBB would be CEO and then he would be the one hiding share counts from us all! LOL.

J/K BBB don't get your panties in a wad. BUT I WILL SAY THIS, THE SHAREHOLDERS RALLIED AROUND BBB SHOULD IMMEDIATELY GET A PROXY VOTE AND AT LEAST SYMBOLICALLY VOTE DIALER OUT> A CASE MIGHT BE MADE THAT THE VOTE OF ONE SHAREHOLDER'S SUPER SHARES WHO OBBVIOUSLY ISN'T IN THE BEST INTEREST OF ALL SHAREHOLDERS IS LESS IMPORTANT THAT A HUNDRED OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S- HELL I BET EVEN SWINFORD AND GRIFFITH WOULD VOTE FOR BBB NOW< AND THAT THEY SHOULD RULE WITH THE MULTITUDES
