Don't want to piss off all the docs again, but can someone please explain to me why a hospital would note a prior MI on an EKG and fail to mention it to the patient or her doctor? This is nonsense to withhold actionable information from a patient.

Per the name change, maybe he plays for the same team and got married, but more likely trying to escape his malpractice history - I'd find someone else if I were you - malpractice suits are common for gynos, not so much for cardios.
