Management does not grant themselves bonuses, the board does. Increase in OS will also likely be up for vote along with exec comp package. They likely have the votes to push anything through even if all of retail votes No. I was merely voicing a concern I had and an ancillary benefit that management may see from a delay of a few more months. I certainly hope this is not the case but in the long run, modest dilution likely affects us very little. I believe the data and science are on our side and in 6 months time we will be debating whether to take the benz of the jag out for a spin.
