Not in my mind 10B. I was totally sympathetic RE your email. Though it sounds like it may be difficult for DI. I think my thoughts about how they might standardize the initial and closing pleasantries of any email replies and then whatever specific substance in the middle, that is appropriate. Give it back to the assistant to make sure it doesn’t sound unpleasant, annoyed or less than pleasant ... confirm on any changes and send.

It is important as a function at the very least to leave investors feeling like someone is there, and while they may not be able to get granular in their answers, they thought about the question, and in a friendly manner, replied.

The threats of others are unacceptable, but the job still requires someone who can communicate effectively, and that means not adding to frustrations or bad feelings with replies that evidence pique.
