I live in Vegas so I dropped off my paperwork in person today at the Fed building. I was in the elevator with a 'sharp dressed man', he was looking at my CMKM envelope and I asked him: "have you heard of this" and he said " oh ya". Then said to me "90% of restitution is never recovered" and we got off the elevator. As we walked off in different directions on floor 11 he said " make sure Veronica gets the envelope", and that was it.
