Sanswire can't launch at EAFB!

The SOC (Statement of Capability) that is needed to launch there expired at the end of December, if I recall correctly. It gets WORSE! So I go to check the PR that was released last July on the SOC and quess what? It is NOT available anymore!

This does NOT look good!

That said, I truly hope that I am missing something.
