ItsMyOption, section 382 has to do with an Ownership Change for which there can only be ONE Ownership Change every ROLLING THREE YEARS and if not followed, the NOLs are subject to strict penalties invalidating them.

Due to the strict provisions, we know COOP will not knowingly violate these rules as there are 6 billion in NOLs at stake which is worth even more under the current Biden Administration.

I am not sure when the date for an Ownsership Change starts. It either starts with the 2/12/2018 8K filing explaining NSM/WMIH merger or the 8/30/2018 8K filing showing merger complete but at any rate, this Ownership Change cannot be violated.
