Congrats on the move.
Pre-covid, fall 0f '19 we went for a wknd in Point Arena
We drove the Stewarts Point/Skaggs Springs road from Healdsburg over to the coast, I wanted to see that country having never taken that road before. Quite rugged terrain that you can see and not much habitation from what I could tell.
We even took the turn and went through Annapolis just to see that area. There were some gorgeous properties there with acreage, some vineyards and orchards....
I've been studying regions above where you were in Upper Lake, Trinity County, Del Norte and never realized how much wild land there was up there until looking into it. Hayfork was little village I looked real estate near it...
Anyway I'm curious if you explored up that way when you ended up in Upper Lake?
