Good comments. I get what you said, but I still have to really think it out. Your comments would imply that the cash the TGA holds is in the form of 2 Yr T-bills which they would be forced to sell driving down interet rates. I really don't get why there cash is in the form of T-bills. When the government "prints money", are they just creating T-bills out of thin air and putting them into the TGA ????
