The nano-zirconia project is built and implemented by Ningde Sanxiang Nano New Materials Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Sanxiang New Materials Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 100 million yuan and a design production capacity of 3,000 tons. The project is planned to be carried out in two phases.
