Both a share increase and an offering are likely in the next several months.

The board elders have convinced me that a journal report is typically 1 or 2 years out. And this trial has mounutains of data and includes rGMB. So likely on the long side of that. It is agreed by most all that the company should not disclose TLD prior to a peer reviewed paper.

Putting that together, looks like TLD is 2022 or even later. They can not go that long w/o cash.
