There really isn’t a list of SPAC companies, they are merely empty ticker shells that are bought, brought SEC current with appropriate filings, a change of control, and a new company.

It’s been going on for a long time, a lot of the OTC is traded on that sort of thing, reverse mergers into empty shells were common for Asian companies to get into the us stick market game. As always there were many scams, pump and dumps, and lost money on those dumps run by charlatans playing the game.

Could that happen here? Sure it can, but that’s part of the risk of trading the OTC, PMPG is an SEC current filer with more to risk if they do play that game. It takes work and money to file, they have been doing it, although I am a bit weary that they haven’t filed an 8K for any of the recent news. To be honest that is concerning to me, but we are early into what the shell has become. They have a year end 2020 SEC filing due, maybe they are just waiting to file all that info into that instead of spending money on an 8K right now?

We don’t know, but I’m still holding and my friends are buying in at this PPS. We just have to wait...
