No Berdboy, Bidi Vapor is NOT owned by KAVL.

Yes, we are the exclusive distributors, but we do not OWN the asset and we do not manufacture the product. If we did, you'd see that show up on our balance sheet. Bidi Vapor's financials do not flow into KAVL, and vise versa, thus we are separate entities. No one else may ever sell Bidi products, but that still doesn't mean we own them.

No where in our filings would you see something like the below, because we are not one umbrella:
