Did you get your Proxy for the meeting?

I've been super-busy w/ various projects lately so didn't get into the details too much...

Basically the 70% owners want the cash "plus consideration" as it exceeds asset value, and then HYHDF is going to become a shell.

How this will play out going forward for shareholders is anybody's guess.
