CPA's issue basically 2 kinds of
audit opinions. Qualified and Unqualified.

Based on what JFBurk copied from today's news, Dohan's 2005 audit contained an "unqualified opinion" - meaning it was a clean audit report with no material qualifying issues or weaknesses in the financial position of Globetel. Google that if you don't believe....
