it started at ~50 million. It has stopped at ~150 million because the CEO had to resign in shame back in early 2020 and thus couldn't continue to dilute it to pay for his lifestyle.

Again, no one can point to anything the company is doing.

Try writing to the company and ask why they haven't updated their shareholders in over a year or filed any necessary SEC docs?
