Joe, my apologies for appearing negative. I have shares in this one (free shares), and want a long approach in this one, not the hurry up and pay me money approach.
I do believe that this has potential, and realize that unaudited 10Q's are standard, but they can perform audited - and for Pink's it is even more needed as many are shady, fly-by-night operations, and audited gives confidence to people to WANT to support the company. $20K to perform an audit is chicken feed if you are talking Millions. When you are a fledgling company, reputation is everything!
Playing OTC's, I have seen LOTS of Pinks go up rapidly on hype (lack of news) and then sink to .0001 range...sometimes the news was not news at all, but spin.
This company set a $0.61 early term target out there...and hyping has pushed this up past that point...some on this board have even said "hey, I went and told X people on other boards to buy in"...I am concerned about investors seeing quick hype and losing confidence. Moreover, some investors get hurt because they lack the proper DD.
I do believe it is possible that news will be good, but ask yourself this: Why would the company put out the near term price of $0.61 if they believed $2 was the true near term price? I will stick to the company projections.
So, to all that believe I am being negative, my apologies. I look at this as My Brother's Keeper, and have seen what happens to stocks/people when prices tumble.
My best to all and be objective...April 10K will tell...and I HOPE I am wrong.
