I've had great luck with them
have a flip set on my Parker Hale for almost 40 years years
and it stayed true
I would use the scope for looking
then flip the scope to shoot open sights
up to around 5-600 yds avg, and up to 1000 yds
shooting # 10 washtubs across ridges

I could shoot, then pop the scope over and look
but made a few shots in dense brush using the scope
at longer yardage

who knows...bad batch or...switched to China?
I would ask leopold to replace the set
