Blinding, Statistics and Bias.

Missling is saying, in the vid I can't find, that the PDD trial he feels has illuminated what otherwise could be understood from an interim look.

Hence, there may be no need to risk an interim look that could impact the integrity of the statistics and blinding.

Consequently, if the data is good it will be more plain sailing to get approval without having to parade critical stat questions.
