Also you are quick to point out investers need to read the filings. You didn't read the complete filing until I questioned what was put out in the press release and the difference between what the company was getting and what the note was for.

True, I read part of the filing initially and dug deeper later on when the question arose. What I meant was investors need to read the filings if they have questions, and not depend on a stranger's interpretation posted on a message board as gospel. You have stated you have read the filings, yet continue to post things covered in the filings that are simply not true.

If I remember correctly you tried to say there were more then one closing and maybe that was where the differnce was.

The agreement used two different bolded terms: Initial Closing Date and Closing Date. It also used the bolded terms Initial Subscription Amount and Remaining Subscription Amount. These terms were not explicitly defined in the definitions section. I don't believe your posted definition of only one closing date is any more accurate than my assumption there may be two closing dates that are related to the initial and remaining subscription amounts. It doesn't matter either way. I will accept your interpretation of one closing date.

As to your claims I am a Todos paid pumper or an apologist for GC (some even promote the ridiculous idea I might be GC), I am none of these. But if you're going to post false information regarding the filings, press releases or Twitter comments, I'm going to call you out of them and post the facts, or at least how I interpret the facts. I will try to make the distinction between my opinion and what is clear in black and white. I hope others will do the same and we can have a meaningful discussion when questions arise. I understand being jaded by previous investments with GC and AMBS, but this is not AMBS and that crap belongs on the AMBS board. No one here is looking for someone to save them, especially if that person has an axe to grind and can't move past their past experiences.
