Dear Gentlemen

I want to thank you for the honor of being part of this board. I've gotten out of my position of NXGWF. It is a wonderful stock and I believe and hope it goes higher and higher. But the 1/2 million dollar I have made on this stock will be helpful to me in my future. I've never made this type of money on a stock like this. But myself and wife wanted to lock in our 1/2 million profit. We are 70 and this will be very helpful to our retirement. Profits are never totally real until sold. We now have real profits. I thank you for the fellowship and I hope NXGWF goes to $1 by May and $3 by the end of 2022. But when Monies are needed monies are needed.
