Couldn't agree more; too many start-up companies didn't plan for the demand for their product ( whatever it was ) and got hung out to dry when they couldn't deliver for weeks... months...

I don't think Setti will make that mistake. He knows the product curve in the industry because he's been in the industry.

Make sure the walk-in-the-door retail channel has all the product it needs before lighting up the Online Store.

"Luck" is when preparation meets opportunity. So, don't curse your "luck" because you weren't prepared when the opportunity appeared.
