No. People are taking profits. The chart is way overbought. This will likely come down before it goes too much higher. It might even go a little below .10 before it goes higher. It also needs to churn and reset the chart. Just like it's been doing for each leg up. This has much higher to go but you can't force the chart or it will crash hard.
