Wynn Resorts upgraded to Neutral from Sell at Citi
Citi analyst George Choi upgraded Wynn Resorts to Neutral from Sell with a price target of $110, up from $99. VIP still represents a significant portion of Wynn's EBITDA from Macau, and this "is unlikely to change to overnight," but the company will also generate increasingly more of its EBITDA from Premium Mass and improve its earnings quality given its increasing dedication to the segment, Choi tells investors. However, he is not upgrading the stock to Buy given its current valuation, the analyst noted.
