Suggested questions

ErnestD, here are a few ideas I would pursue if I were in attendance:

1) Does Dicut see itself as an independent/stand-alone player in the data security market, or would it be open to a buyout offer? If so, what sort of price would it accept from a suitor?

2) (similar question to #1) In today's 'Homeland Security' environment, does Dicut have a larger marketplace if it sells its data security services as a subcontractor (of, as a random example, the Lockheed corp) or as an independent seller?

3) Mr. Quilliam issued a fairly large-sounding projection in the PR of 19 Sep '03: 2 percent of the global security solutions revenue 'in the near future'. It seems to me that the only way to obtain that kind of revenue growth is through government contracts, and a lot of them. Can they be more specific about these aggressive targets?

4) What sort of operating profit margins do they expect in their government contracts? In their non-government contracts?

Good luck at your meeting. Looking forward to your feedback on it.
