hello dtgoody...i also own shares of SWNM...i recently got a notice from td ameritrade that they will not allow buys of SWNM because SWNM has been labled as a caveat emptor stock....swnm needs to file form 211 to get the caveat emptor label removed..can you try emailing swnm investor relations and give them a warning about restrictions of trades on their stock symbol?
