It can easily be fixed if the company is serious about being a publicly traded company. I was in another stock and I am still holding some that stock. They got form 211 filed and approved. It is now trading back from the dead on the OTC and fully reporting. I had bought sub-pennies when nobody else wanted them in early 2019. I rode that former grey sheet stock all the way up to $1.30.

If Global Habitat is serious about being a publicly traded company they will get form 211 completed and approved. This is not impossible. Time will tell? In the meantime, I will continue to accumulate cheap shares while nobody else wants them just like I did on that other stock.
